Many of our pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or normal wear.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions before placing an order or need assistance after receiving your piece, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help.
quality concerns
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to work with you to repair, replace, or refund your purchase if the issue is confirmed.
custom and sale items
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or have a confirmed quality issue. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
repairs
Complimentary Repairs
I want you to love your jewelry for years to come. That’s why I offer complimentary repairs for quality concerns within 30 days of delivery on pieces I create (e.g., clasp issues, chain breakage that wasn’t due to wear).
Repairs After 30 Days
For jewelry I’ve made, repairs may be available after 30 days for a small fee, depending on the type of damage and materials needed. Common repair costs start at $15 plus shipping. I’ll always provide a quote before moving forward.
curated pieces
Some pieces in my collection are thoughtfully curated from my trusted suppliers. Because I don’t create these designs, I’m not able to offer free repairs or cover repair costs. If a curated item needs attention, I’ll be happy to point you toward repair options.
whats not covered
Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, tarnish, or bent/broken rings), loss of stones or charms, or damage caused by improper care is not included in complimentary repairs. However, I’m happy to assess and provide a repair or replacement cost if possible.
shipping
Customers are responsible for safely shipping items back to me for repair. If the repair is due to a confirmed quality issue within 30 days, I’ll cover the return shipping back to you.
